TERRY STEWART

Terry has more than 25 years of experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and investment banking. His transaction experience includes private placements of debt and equity, initial public offerings, and corporate mergers and acquisitions in a variety of industries.

Prior to joining BlackTorch Capital, Terry was Vice President and CFO for eight years at Bioenergy, a rapidly growing life science company with product applications in functional ingredients, clinical nutrition, pharmaceuticals, and biologics. His investment banking experience includes corporate finance positions with two Minneapolis based investment banks, Craig-Hallum and Delphi Financial. In addition, he has corporate M&A experience with two companies, including Browning-Ferris Industries. Terry leverages his finance and operations experience along with his deal experience to provide M&A, financing, and advisory services to companies in the life science, medical device, and health care spaces.

Terry holds an MBA in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from the University of Arkansas.
