Jon Doehr

Jon has more than 20 years of financial and strategic analysis experience, including 12 years as an investment banker. He has significant transaction experience in the financial services industry. His deal experience includes sell-side advisory, buy-side advisory, strategic alternatives analysis, management buyouts, and fairness opinion and valuation engagements for publicly and privately held entities.

Most recently, Jon served as a Director in the financial services investment banking group at KPMG Corporate Finance, LLC. Also, Jon led the mergers & acquisitions practice for Manchester Companies, Inc. and gained additional investment banking experience at Greene, Holcomb & Fisher. Early in his career, Jon worked as a commercial banker for Merrill Lynch and Michigan National Bank and also worked in public accounting for Coopers & Lybrand.

Jon received an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.A. from Colby College.
